3 Sales Lessons I Learned from Free Diving
As someone deeply passionate about purpose-led sales practices (pun intended 😉), I've always believed in the power of continuous learning. Recently, I’ve leveled up my free diving practice, and to my surprise, I found that it holds valuable lessons for anyone in sales! 🤿
1️⃣ Know Your Limits: Just like in free diving, in sales, it's crucial to understand your capabilities and develop one skill at a time. Push yourself, study hard but not to the point of burning out. Sales growth is a marathon, not a sprint.
2️⃣ Stay Calm Under Pressure: When you're underwater, maintaining composure is key to long . The same goes for sales. Calm confidence in high-pressure situations can make all the difference.
3️⃣ Communication is Key: Free diving relies on clear communication with your buddy before, during, and after a dive. In sales, effective communication with clients and colleagues is essential to move them to action.
These lessons from the depths of the sea have helped me bring value to sales leaders worldwide. Keep these in mind as you navigate the exciting world of sales! 💼💡
